Pilates

Pilates is a complete exercise method which focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

Here are some of the benefits of the pilates method:

Classes run on a Wednesday afternoon between 1:30 and 2:30
& cost £36 for a 6 week course.
